Your approved number of places is the maximum number of children your service is licensed to care for at any one time — set by your state regulator and listed on your ACECQA approval. It's a fixed number that doesn't change day to day, so your One Child subscription never changes unexpectedly.
No problem — enrol as many children as you need. Your subscription is based on your ACECQA approved place number only. This is particularly valuable for OSHC services where rotating before-school, after-school, and vacation care rosters often exceed approved places.
No — and that's deliberate. One Child is a specialist NQF documentation tool. It does not handle CCS billing, rostering, payroll, or enrolment management. If you use another system for those functions, One Child works alongside it. We support bulk child upload with .csv files from other centre managment systems.
Yes. One Child includes My Time Our Place (MTOP 2.0) alongside EYLF 2.0 and QKLG. All plans include full OSHC framework support, and our approved-places billing means vacation care enrolment spikes never affect your subscription cost.
